Molly Brazil
Asheville Family Law Attorney
Upon graduating from Elon University School of Law, my practice has focused exclusively on domestic law including issues such as child custody, child support, separation agreements, equitable distribution, alimony, adoptions, and domestic violence protective orders. I believe every single case is unique and requires a custom approach specifically tailored to the client, their goals, and how the specific facts of the case relate to the law.
My goal is to make clients feel protected, comfortable, and safe. I understand that clients are coming to me during some of the hardest times in their lives. I want them to feel free to come to me as they are and feel safe to express their feelings in the moment - no judgment. My hope is not only for clients to leave my office feeling like they have someone on their side but also for them to begin the healing process.
Being born and raised in Asheville, I have a natural love for the outdoors, great food and art. My husband and I love to take our two dogs, Leo and Bogey, on hikes any chance we get. I am a creative person, by nature, and have always enjoyed painting and cooking. Whenever possible, you’ll find me enjoying downtown Asheville, exploring the Biltmore Estate, or enjoying delicious food at an amazing local restaurant.
