Soren A. Campbell

Asheville Family Law Attorney

As a practicing Anesthesiologist Assistant of 25 years, I have been intimately involved in all areas of anesthesia practice. My commitment to active membership and participation at the state and national level of professional organizations has afforded me the opportunity to forge personal and professional relationships that span the entire breadth of the anesthesia community.

In keeping with my personal philosophy of lifelong learning, after 14 years of practicing as an Anesthesiologist Assistant, I matriculated in law school to further my understanding of legislative and regulatory law.  Upon graduation and successful passage of the Ohio bar exam, I founded Campbell & Smith Law.  Through my unique combination of skill sets, I continue to be involved in the medical community clinically, academically, and at the professional advocacy levels. My deep understanding of healthcare delivery, coupled with my legal analysis expertise, allow me to advocate, teach, and lead the evolution of healthcare through the vehicle of allied health professions.

Over the past few years, I transitioned to the practice of law, while remaining connected to healthcare through management and counsel to a national certification body national for anesthesia providers. The law has been a wonderful mechanism for me to continue my professional growth and I have done so by expanding my law practice to include family law.  In 2022, I moved to North Carolina with my family and joined GHMA | LAW.
