Partners Included in Super Lawyers 2022

Patrick McCroskey and Janet Amburgey, partners in Asheville’s GHMA | LAW, have been listed in North Carolina Super Lawyers 2022. This is Patrick’s 11th consecutive year recognized on the main list. Janet has been included on the Super Lawyers main list since 2020. Both were previously included in Super Lawyers Rising Stars before being named to North Carolina Super Lawyers.
Patrick McCroskey is a North Carolina Board Legal Specialist in Family Law and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is an AV Preeminent Rated Lawyer at Martindale-Hubbell. He is consistently recognized in the family law sections of Business North Carolina Legal Elite and Best Lawyers in America, where he was named Lawyer of the Year in Family Law for the Asheville Metropolitan Area in 2015, 2017 and 2020. Patrick has been continuously included in the North Carolina Super Lawyers main list since 2012.
Janet Amburgey is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law. She has been frequently recognized in the Family Law Section of Business North Carolina Legal Elite and Best Lawyers in America. Janet was first recognized by Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2017 and this is her second inclusion in the main Super Lawyers list. Janet is a Certified Family Financial Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.
